It’s free to load your venue onto our search engine database. Once there, it can be seen by hundreds of meeting venue-seekers including PAs, meeting planners, travel agents and convention bureaux.
They can view a wide range of information including photographs, facilities and location details covering room types and layouts, catering and accommodation options and any special marketing features you may wish to include.
These venues range from Hotels, Conference Centres, Restaurants and Bars to Castles and Palaces, Golf Clubs, Wineries and Ships to name but a few. In fact any property that has space that can be used for a meeting or event.
The online system allows meeting bookers to submit a simple, one page RFP for the small one day event, or complete complex queries covering a large event with many breakouts, or multi-day requirements.
Our RFPs are designed to be easy to understand and quick to complete.
There's a simple one page RFP for the small meeting as well as a complete, dynamic document for your larger meeting or event.
We provide a diary to keep track of all your RFPS and notify you of any responses and upcoming deadlines as well as a tool to manage compare and respond to them - all from the same page.
