The Business Meetings International Privacy Notice describes how we treat personal information when you use Business Meeting’s products and services, including information provided when you use QuickQuote Meetings. 1. Personal information
You need a Business Meetings login and password to send a QuickQuote Meetings request to a venue and to receive a response from that venue. Business Meetings asks for some personal information when you create a Business Meetings Account, including your contact information and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. The contact data that you provide will only be made available for the purposes of providing a point of contact for the property whom you have requested a quotation.
When you use QuickQuote Meetings, Business Meeting’s servers automatically record certain information about your use of the services. Similar to other web services, Business Meetings records information such as request for a quote activity (including number of log-ins), data displayed or clicked on (including UI elements,); and other login information (including browser type, IP-address, date and time of access, cookie ID, and referrer URL).

2. Uses
The contact data that you provide will only be made available for the purposes of providing a point of contact for the property whom you have requested a quotation.
Please note that in providing your contact details to us, you will be deemed to have unambiguously consented to making use of your details for the above-mentioned purposes. Furthermore, as the worldwide web will allow your contact details to be accessed from foreign jurisdictions, in providing your contact details to us, you will be deemed to have unambiguously consented to your contact details being disclosed worldwide for the limited purposes set out above.
If you have opted in to the news update service on the QuickQuote Meeting registration page Business Meetings may send you information related to your QuickQuote Meetings account or other Business Meetings services.

3. Information sharing and onward transfer
We do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties except in the limited circumstances described in the Personal Information Clause above, such as when we believe we are required to do so by law.
If you have opted in to be contacted by the venue(s) you have requested a quote from on the QuickQuote Meetings registration page those venues may contact you by any or all of the methods selected by you.

4. Choices
Should you no longer want your contact details on our site or would like to amend or update the details of your contact information, please make use of the "Returning User Login" when using QuickQuote Meeting.
